The Ancient City of Love

Aphrodisias is one of the greatest archeological sites in Turkey. Once a thriving city, it’s landmarks all revolve around the temple to Aphrodite, the ancient Greek goddess of love and beauty. 

Ephesus generally get most of attention when it comes to the ancient sites of Turkey. But, in many ways, Aphrodisias is far superior. The site is extremely well preserved and stretches out over a large area.
